Special Inspections

Special inspections are third-party inspections on behalf of the owner performed to ensure quality and compliance with all construction documents in a project. As special inspectors, we are the eyes and ears of the owner in the project. We will oversee and approve the work completed by the contractor. We will ensure that the project gets completed using the materials and construction specifications defined by the designer of record. Once a construction inspection has been satisfactorily completed, our professional engineers will sign off on the project and assist with any building department submittals required for filing.
